You might have heard me around and about - I’ve appeared in a long list of Radio 4 dramas, The Archers, a bunch of TV commercials, a documentary that I narrated for Channel 4 is now out; “The Alpine Hotel At Christmas”, and I’m a former BBC radio newsreader, plus, as the winner of the Norman Beaton Fellowship I worked as an actor on the BBC Radio Drama Company.

A series I worked on for Radio 4 called Almonds and Raisins can now be heard on BBC Sounds (I play Rachel), and I’ve worked on lots of brilliant Radio 3 and 4 productions over the years (see clips below).

I also performed in two shows as part of the Greater Manchester Fringe Festival 2024 - one was a hilarious parody of a ghost hunting TV Show (Almost Haunted), and the other one was “The Lie” by Helen Connolly, in which I played the lead. I also multi-roled every single one of the ghosts in a new adaptation of A Christmas Carol at Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester!

Studio Information

My fully acoustically treated and sound proofed Studiobricks booth features a Neumann TLM193 microphone or Rode NT1A, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 and facilities for remote direction using Zoom, Cleanfeed, Source Connect, Google Meet and others. I can provide finished, edited or unedited WAV or MP3 files via Dropbox, Wetransfer or any other large file sharing method with a very quick turnaround.

I also work closely with professional studios in Manchester and London if you’d prefer to direct in person.
